By accessing and using the services provided by Kinnitech Softwares, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Kinnitech Softwares provides web application development, software customization, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
- Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
- Provide necessary access to systems and resources as required
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Kinnitech Softwares retains the right to use general techniques, concepts, and reusable components. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kinnitech Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Warranty
We provide a warranty period as specified in individual project agreements during which we will fix bugs and issues at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting environment changes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
