Initial Setup

Initial Setup

Follow these steps to set up Dentro for your dental practice.

Step 1: Account Configuration

After logging in for the first time, you'll need to configure your practice settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Practice Information
  2. Enter your clinic name, address, and contact details
  3. Upload your clinic logo
  4. Set your operating hours

Step 2: User Management

Add your staff members and assign appropriate roles:

  • Administrator: Full system access
  • Dentist: Patient records, treatments, schedules
  • Receptionist: Appointments, billing, patient check-in
  • Assistant: Limited patient record access

Step 3: Service Configuration

Set up your dental services with pricing in Settings > Services.
