Initial Setup
Follow these steps to set up Dentro for your dental practice.
Step 1: Account Configuration
After logging in for the first time, you'll need to configure your practice settings:
- Go to Settings > Practice Information
- Enter your clinic name, address, and contact details
- Upload your clinic logo
- Set your operating hours
Step 2: User Management
Add your staff members and assign appropriate roles:
- Administrator: Full system access
- Dentist: Patient records, treatments, schedules
- Receptionist: Appointments, billing, patient check-in
- Assistant: Limited patient record access
Step 3: Service Configuration
Set up your dental services with pricing in Settings > Services.
