Patient Profile
Each patient profile contains:
- Personal information and contact details
- Medical history and allergies
- Dental chart and treatment history
- Appointment history
- Billing and payment records
- Documents and X-rays
Searching for Patients
Use the search bar to find patients by name, phone number, or patient ID. You can also use filters to narrow down results.
Updating Patient Information
Click "Edit" on any patient profile to update their information. All changes are automatically saved and logged.
